They needed a clearer way to understand the process, connect the dots, and make decisions they could trust.
So we built something better: a clearer, more practical way to shorten the runway between feeling stuck and moving forward.

Pursue IQ grew from years of seeing how people enter the professional world, how employers make decisions, and where young adults are often left to figure things out on their own. We saw capable people being evaluated on skills they had never been taught to build. We also saw how quickly things changed when they had context, practical tools, and a clearer way to understand what was happening.
That became the foundation of Career Intelligence: helping young adults recognize patterns, understand themselves and the world of work, make informed decisions, and build the skills to navigate their careers with greater confidence and independence.
